The people of Bohermeen call on Meath County Council to listen to our community, explore all alternatives, and work towards a resolution that preserves the Murray family home.

The Murray family have lived in Bohermeen for generations. Their home is not just bricks and mortar — it is part of the heartbeat of our parish. Today, we stand together to protect it. We know there are legal processes, history, and technical details. But for the people who live in Bohermeen, this is about something bigger- it's about compassion, dignity and protecting our community.

Why is this important?

The Murrays have raised their family here, supported our parish, and been part of our community for decades. Demolishing their home would cause lasting harm to them and to Bohermeen as a whole.

Our Message to the Chief Executive of Meath County Council
